For nearly two decades, my family has called Camas home. We cherish the natural beauty, strong values, and warmth of our community, and our kids are thriving in its excellent public schools. 

For the past five years I have served on the City of Camas Planning Commission where I have gained a deep understanding of the opportunities and issues facing our city. 

I am running for City Council because I feel a deep gratitude to Camas for the wonderful life we enjoy here. We cannot take our quality of life for granted. I want to bring my passion for service and my professional engineering expertise to guide our city’s growth and protect what matters most for future generations.

Challenges Ahead

Camas is a thriving community, but many challenges lay before us: increasing traffic, aging infrastructure, and growing demand on essential services. We need a City Councilor who understands these challenges and is ready to bring the leadership, experience, and vision to guide our city toward an even brighter future.

My Track Record

As your Councilor I will bring:

• My 20-year civil engineering track record and 5-year City of Camas Planning Commission experience to advance creative, yet practical, solutions that balance economic prosperity, quality of life and environmental sustainability.

• My collaborative leadership style and extensive experience leading large scale municipal- and port-related projects.

• Nonpartisan common sense, not political gamesmanship, to the work of the Council.

• A “Yes we can” optimism to keep our city moving forward, not a “No we can’t ” pessimism that obstructs progress.
